What I want to talk to you about today is something that gets a lot of conversation can also be tossed around a good number. That is the Employee versus Entrepreneur mindset. The problem because see it though is this most times this topic is discussed it is not a conversation that works extremely well to enlighten people on your different ways of thinking, but to look to convince someone what the ideal way of thinking could be. How they should think. How will need to act. What they should do. It`s usually in a manner to convince them to acquire or sign up for something. Have you been through it before?
To me that isn`t the reason for the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion; reasons why? Because not everyone is meant be an entrepreneur and not individuals are meant to be an employee! Basically! The thousands of companies that exist today didn't exist if everyone wanted to be an entrepreneur and run their own family based business. Conversely there has to some entrepreneurs to begin the businesses establish products and services and the livelihoods that go within them.
What I'd prefer to do today is in fact walk through essentials of the Employee Entrepreneur Mindset discussion and ask you questions along approach. I read an article today that discussed how entrepreneurs are born the way they 're. That it can't be learned, automobile be taught, and it must be an instinct! While I agree that there are various types of entrepreneurs with different skill sets and instincts, I do not think it's not something that can't be taught. The author in my opinion, contradicted himself by saying, the "entrepreneurial instinct can like a latent one, and awoken upon seeing someone else using the skill." To me, which is being enlightened, being educated and coming to terms with the fact a person can want become an buyer.
